What is a Sunshine Storytime?
Sunshine Storytime is the best way for your library to provide programming for a unique and often overlooked audience: neurodivergent children.
Sunshine Storytimes are specially crafted for neurodivergent children, with low lights, quiet music, repetition and routine, interactive stories and lots of sensory play.

Each program is prepared and presented by Amy Greil, an innovative former children's librarian and educator with a passion for inclusive library programming.
Each child is free to be their own special self. Spinning, clapping, fidgeting and stimming is welcome!
Caregivers can relax and enjoy the activities, knowing that their kiddos are welcome and valued.
At the end of each storytime children and their caregivers are invited to take part in a sensory playtime.
